Russia withdraws from Orthodoxy - Moscow Patriarchate becomes schismatic Church

This is the correct ecclesial interpretation of the historical events we live in:

Russia withdraws from Orthodoxy - Moscow Patriarchate becomes schismatic Church

The Russian Orthodox Church decided to cut off its ties to the Ecumenical Patriarchate because of the Autocephaly of the Ukrainian Church. This means that the Russian Church is withdrawing from Orthodoxy, since only the Ecumenical Patriarchate has the right to recognize Autocephalous Churches and to assign regularity to a Church.

We remind that the Patriarchate of Moscow also took its Autocephaly from the Phanar. By cutting off relations with the Mother Church, the Russian Church chooses to go outside of Orthodoxy.

This is an unpleasant development that does not delight anyone. A Church, like the Russian, chooses to be out of Orthodoxy and become a schismatic Church involved in imperialist games.

The Russian Orthodox Church announced it "cuts off every bond" with the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople after the Ukrainian Orthodox Church's autocephalous.

The Holy Synod of Russia, the governing body of the Russian Orthodox Church, "considered it impossible to make further contacts with Constantinople," said Metropolitan Hilarion, the head of the Russian Orthodox Church's Foreign Relations Department. "The decision to stop the relations with the Patriarchate of Constantinople completely was taken at a meeting of the Synod," which takes place in the capital of Belarus, Minsk, Hilarion said.

On Thursday, Phanar announced that is granting Autocephaly to the Orthodox Church of Ukraine - a right that only has the Ecumenical Patriarchate - and at the same time he brought back to regularity Metropolitan Kievan Filaretos who hopes to be the head of the new Autocephalous Church.

Russian Church Representative Vladimir Legoida said last month that the USA had an impact on the Patriarchate of Constantinople. However, this does not correspond to the reality, since the Ukrainians have been urgently demanding from the 18th century to be placed under the Ecumenical Patriarchate and become an Autocephalous Church.

The Russian Church, an instrument of Russian imperialism, besides choosing to leave Orthodoxy, becoming schismatic, is also in danger of undergoing the heresy of nationalism.
